Villa Asante’s private chef is at your service to prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner from a suggestion menu of Western and Asian dishes including vegetarian and children’s options, as well some special Balinese delicacies. The chef can also tailor meals to suit guests’ needs and is happy to accommodate your preferences and cater to special dietary requirements.

Dinner parties, functions, and special orders can all be catered for, and meals can be anything from a simple snack to a poolside barbecue, or a grand banquet – the famous Balinese babi guling (spit-roast pig) or roast duck is recommended, but should be ordered in advance. Food and drinks are purchased in well-stocked supermarkets and gourmet delicatessens, or in the local markets.

Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price plus 20%++ handling fee which is subject to service charge and government tax. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals with the staff the evening before.
