Staff
One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. The staff team at Villa Asante are professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality. Staff can be reached via the villa’s internal phone system. Offices for the manager and chef are completely separate from the guest areas to ensure privacy.
Villa manager
The friendly Villa Manager can tell you everything you could possibly need to know about the villa and its surrounding area. He is responsible for the overall operation of the villa, overseeing and coordinating the staff, and assisting guests during their stay. He also speaks impeccable English.
Assistant manager
The Villa Manager is ably supported by his Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the villa at all times.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Butlers and housekeeping
The butlers are on hand to wait upon guests’ every need and their duties also include daily housekeeping and domestic duties.
Garden and pool
A gardener looks after Asante’s lush gardens and the pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Security
A security guard provides night-time security from the post at the main gate.
